Honeycombing is a service that allows us to eliminate excess weight of the materials while retaining structural integrity and performance. The midsole materials are hollowed ot in precise locations to lighten the shoe.
Yes, we offer the option to purchase internal heel lifts with height up to 3/8″
No prescription is necessary to purchase a shoe lift
We do not accept insurance as a form of payment. Payments can be made online with a credit card at the time of checkout. A detailed invoice can be provided upon request
Yes, we can make adjustments or remove previous lifts. The cost of this service is $35

Once we have received your order, our time clock begins. (Please note: placing an order does not begin the order return time frame) Return time of shoe lift customizations vary based on how many shoes are sent per order, as well as how difficult the brand is to be lifted. Upon completion, the lift will be sent back via USPS. Postage time varies from 2-4 business days depending on the shipping address.

Our team follows the notes given on the order placed on our website. If the customer selects the wrong information, the customer is responsible for the charges of shipping both to and from our facility to have the shoe adjusted. Excess charges may incur based on what the shoe must be adjusted to.
For first time customers that have never had a lift, we are happy to adjust the lift one time at no charge to make sure you get the correct lift height for future purchases.
We ask that each customer follows the tracking number given on their free shipping label to ensure that orders arrive safely to our facility.
If the package is sent from our facility to the customer, we will follow up with the postal service to file a search for the missing package. If they are unable to track the package, we will file an insurance claim.
If the package is sent from the customer to our facility, the customer is responsible for filing a search claim within 15 days. If the post office is not able to find the package, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file the insurance claim on the package.
