At Shoe Lift Express, we use material called Ethylene Vinyl Acetate or EVA to create your custom shoe lifts.  Our staff uses a durometer that is both durable but light weight.  Keep in mind however, the higher the shoe lift, the heavier the shoe lift becomes.  

The picture shown below is the process we conduct when lightening the overall weight of the shoe.  By hollowing out sections in the shoe lift material, we are able to produce a lighter and more flexible shoe lift for our customers.  (Internal only; no visual sign of honeycombing will appear when looking at the finished product)

Honeycombing is suggested for shoe lifts 1″ and higher.  This service is FREE of charge.
