When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.  Emails sent through our website are also processed through spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the checkout form, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.  Images are emailed to our company to review whether or not a brand of shoes can be modified.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information you provide.  Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

 If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.   Order information and credit card information are only used for processing orders and are not released to outside sources.  

How long we retain your data

Our database will keep information concerning previous orders such as billing address, shipping address, shoe lift measurements and any notes a customer adds to their orders.  Credit card information is not kept on file.

If you need information about a previous order you have placed, please contact our customer service department to obtain a copy.
