Welcome to Shoe Lift Express. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.shoeliftexpress.com (“Site”)  and the custom shoe lift services and products (the “Services”) we provide.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing any of our Services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Custom Shoe Lift Services

We provide custom-designed shoe lifts based on the specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your measurements and other submitted details.

We do not offer medical advice or guarantee therapeutic outcomes. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed on our Order Form page and are subject to change without notice. –  in the event of a price increase, it is a reflection of the increase cost of materials

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payment through credit card

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.  Each week we update the ETA on a pop up window located on the home screen of the website.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect address details provided by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services, including but not limited to medical issues, discomfort, or misuse of products.

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will suit your specific medical needs or that they will correct any physical condition.
